Individual Training Plan

Looking for a training plan, but don’t necessarily need the Zoom Calls, accountability, and all the other perks included with our monthly plan? No worries! We offer an individual training plan for a one-time cost.

Billing is done monthly through our secure payment processing system, Stripe.

Yes. All of our services are completely online, and we feel that is advantageous versus in-person coaching as it offers you the flexibility, resources, and communication that you need, right at your fingertips. Coach does make it out to some major events for his athletes, and to enjoy races and network. If you see him there, feel free to say Hi!

We like to meet you where you are in terms your athletic ability. We’ve helped new runners that are just starting out, recreational runners that will run for fitness and do a race every couple of months, and competitive runners that treat training as their baby, running a race every weekend and looking to qualify for the next major event.

Over Zoom, we’ll plan on 30-90 minutes for a 1:1 call.

First, we’ll talk about you. We’ll have some questions for you to fill out beforehand that we’ll use it to talk about your goals, athletic history, health history, and any other important information.

Then, we’ll go over our whole coaching process and what to expect, principles, coaching philosophy and more of what we can offer you! We believe it needs to be a good fit for the both of us to reach your goals, and ultimately, your success as an athlete.

We typically focus on 5Ks to marathons and everything in between.
